The Coral Springs Downtown Lions Club is holding its Sixteenth Annual Arts & Crafts event on Sat & Sun, November 21^nd and 22^rd 2008. It is held @ the Financial Building on the Southwest corners of University Drive and Sample Road.  If you are not familiar with the Lions Club (we are the LARGEST service organization in the world).   100% of all monies collected go directly towards helping those who are less fortunate than us.  Our primary focus is prevention of blindness (through glasses and surgeries) and diabetes awareness.

Thank you all for the hard and rewarding work during

Thomas and Friends weekends. The Lions can do many good deeds with the

donation’s we collected, plus all the positive impressions we made while helping others.

Some of these students have volunteered to help us with Thomas The Tank Engine as well.

My thanks to all that were able to participate. We had breakfast, the weather was perfect and we were all home before noon.
